Due to a surge in demand for sleeves we've setup a brand new sleeving operation
Our sleeving machine can either run in-line with our canning lines or run separately so we can do pre-filled cans/bottles that are packed off site too
With low MOQ's of just 500 cans/bottles. Typical orders are 8,000 to 150,000 cans/bottles per design

Sleeves allow for a premium finish to a can or bottle. We have low MOQ's compared to printed can campaigns and a sleeve allows brands an opportunity to fully decorate their product; top to bottom

We are a fully bonded site which means we can sleeve cans under duty suspension

Using steam to apply the sleeve gives the perfect application to the can or bottle
Steam is 'gentle' as opposed to direct heat which can distort the sleeves
We can run up to 6,000 sleeves an hour; perfect for small to medium runs
We can sleeve any size can or bottle

We can tweak our steam pressures and settings to ensure brilliant application whatever the size or shape of the can or bottles
We pack for brands that are sold in; Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Morrisons, Asda, Waitrose, Holland and Barratt, WHSmith, Planet Organic, Harrods, Selfridges, Amazon and hundreds of independents
With low MOQ's, brands can tweak and change design quickly. Ideal for promo runs or to run a campaign in another region or country
You could have the same liquid in the cans or bottles but numerous different sleeve designs all ran at the same time in one hit
